👋 Hi there! I'm Shayan Bawaney- the founder of OpenRidge Solutions.
With a background in engineering at SpaceX and years of experience in operations, project management, and creative production, I specialize in building systems that bring clarity and structure to fast-moving teams.
My work bridges technical rigor with creative strategy — from structuring internal operations to refining how information flows across people, tools, and processes. Communication and execution are central to everything I do, and I approach every project with a focus on long-term usability and impact.
I also bring a creative edge, with hands-on experience in photography, video editing, and content workflows — giving me a unique perspective on both the backend systems and the front-facing assets that drive modern organizations.
